Bikram Jaswal is an operator-investor with over two decades of global experience in aviation and logistics. Trained as an aeronautical engineer with an MBA in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he began his career at Jet Airways before developing deep expertise across the global aviation aftermarket, spanning parts trading, MRO services, asset management, and scaled operations.
Beginning his entrepreneurial journey in 2004, he has founded, acquired, and scaled multiple aviation and logistics businesses across the United States and other global markets, serving airlines, cargo operators, and MROs. In 2009, he founded Alaris Aerospace Systems, which has since become his primary operating platform. These businesses have been built with institutional-grade processes, disciplined governance, and a focus on operational scalability.

Taranjit Jaswal is a finance professional and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across global banking and financial services. Trained as a Chartered Accountant, he built a distinguished career at leading institutions including Citibank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Ventures, Bank of America, and Barclays.
He culminated his banking career as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking for India at Barclays, advising large Indian corporates and promoters across sectors. Over the course of his career, he led and structured financing transactions exceeding USD 40 billion, spanning balance-sheet lending, structured finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory.
Alongside his institutional roles, Taranjit has been an active angel investor, backing early-stage ventures in renewable energy, education technology, and emerging businesses. In 2023, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a regulated NBFC and a financial services and consulting platform, bringing institutional capital discipline, risk management rigor, and long-term stewardship into an entrepreneurial context.
